First name, middle name question in the UNITED STATES?

I know it is uncommon for a person to have two first names here. So oftentimes the 2nd first name becomes the middle name. So how do I go about this? If my name is Joanna Jane Fuentes Joe, Fuentes being my mother's maiden name, how do I write this down legally? Need help badly. Thanks/
