OK, I woke up this morning with my right side of my face looking like a volleyball!?

OK, I woke up this morning with my right side of my face looking like a volleyball! I got some anti-biotics and pain relievers(Ibuprofen 800 and erythromycin 500mg). I took those all day, but now I have what looks like a tooth coming in but it feels like a puss filled sac just right by the tooth that may be abscessed! what is going on????
