What pains in early pregnancy should you worry about?

Around 4-6 weeks I had bad pains sharp pain on my right side and around to my back . I thought it was ectopic but in my first scan I saw the sac and you'll sack. So I would say it's normal I'm 10 weeks and still get it but now on both sides. But if your worried going to the dr is a good idea
