Is it normal to bleed for only 2 days?

I have been going through such a disaster. I was diagnosed with a bligted ovum about 3 weeks ago, I held out hope after reading posts on the internet but went back to the dr last week and he confirmed that there is no baby, only an empty sac. I was 10 weeks as of last week. He gave me a few options, wait an miscarry naturally, opt for D&C or take these pills that will help it along. Since we want to try again soon I opted for the pills since my signs of pregnancy have not been decreasing, instead increasing and mentally I don't think I could potentially wait another month feeling this. This past weekend I took the pills, I had 3 pills 2 times a day for 2 days. So I took my first dose Sat morning and then Sat night, and repeated Sunday. I bled a little Saturday but nothing too heavy. I also bled a tiny bit Sunday and have not bled since then. I'm scared that the pills did not work. Last year I had another miscarriage and took the pills as well, I experienced heavy bleeding with lots of cramps and bled for several days. Has anyone had this happen?? Only bled for 2 days and then nothing more and had everything pass as normal? Thank you in advance for your answers.
