7 weeks and an empty sac? anyone else go on to have a healthy baby after?

i had an empty sac at 6wks 4dys and i had an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound and couldn't see nothing but an empty sac. my hcg levels were not high either and i miscarried a week later.
