Miscarriage help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I'm currently going threw a miscarriage I'm on day 4 I started bleeding the second day but I haven't started bleeding heavily and my cramps are like period cramps. The first day I bled this big thing came out it looked like a big blood clot it was the size of my palm.. Was that the sac? And will the bleeding get worse and cramps worse? So far it's all been very bearable
